Inspired by an incredible local hot sauce in Portugal, we set out to come up with our own hot sauce. After experimenting with a dozen types of chilies and getting feedback from our friends, we came up with a blend of dried African Bird Eye, Japones and Smoked Serrano chilies to bring a unique taste and heat profile to our hot sauce. Our bottled deliciousness has a mild/medium heat with enough kick to initiate future hot sauce lovers and enough to satisfy chili-heads. From our kitchen to your plate, our mission is to elevate your food, one bottle at a time.
