The Family Guide to Mental Health Recovery is a family-centred project creating support resources for all members of a families managing a mental illness, as well as educators, students, practitioners and community organizations. Our documentary "The Journey Home" is an overview introduction on the journey many families make and has been seen across Canada, the US and the world. It has been used a family-journey reference in over 60 universities and includes member of families - parents, siblings, children, partners - just like yours.
